Shipping policy

 

All orders are typically shipped within one week, unless otherwise noted or discussed with us. 

USPS shipments are picked up in the morning on normal USPS delivery days.

UPS shipments are dropped off at UPS-designated drop-off locations. 

There will be delays due to extreme weather (we are in a rural area). 

As a small business, occasionally, there may be delays caused by life interfering with our schedule. We will do what we can to mitigate these delays. If you are concerned with the timing of your order being shipped  (like if you need it for a special event), please feel free to contact us at lavalabcreations@gmail.com, and we will do what we can. 

Please note that if you purchase an item that is currently "out of stock," there will be additional delays.
